These terms and conditions govern all orders placed through nutrisendas.info, operated by Nutrisendas Handels GmbH. By completing a purchase, these terms become part of the contract. They should be read alongside our shipping, return, and privacy policies.

The goods
The offer of Nutrisendas Handels GmbH includes manual training devices for breathing exercises, ergonomic breathing resistance trainers, accessories for breathing techniques, as well as accompanying digital informational content and guides on lung ventilation routines and oxygen awareness. Please refer to the respective product page for exact package contents, quantities, and specifications. Images are for illustrative purposes; variations in packaging design may occur.
Ordering and contract
A binding order is placed upon completing the checkout process. We confirm receipt by email; the purchase contract takes effect once the shipment is handed over to the carrier. We reserve the right to decline orders if stock is unavailable or order details cannot be verified; any payments already made will be refunded promptly.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately in the checkout area before order completion. Accepted payment methods are Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it prior to shipping, giving you the choice to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it.
Delivery
Full details regarding delivery times, shipping methods, and applicable shipping costs are available on the 'Delivery & Payment' page. The risk of transit passes to the recipient upon physical handover.
Product images and colours
Our product images represent the equipment accurately. Color discrepancies between the screen display and the actual item are due to technical factors and do not constitute a defect that entitles you to a return at no cost. Specifications regarding dimensions, materials, and scope of delivery can be found in the respective product listing.
Transfer of risk
We bear the shipping risk until actual delivery to you or an authorized recipient at the specified address. Upon handover, the buyer assumes liability for damage or loss. Visibly recognizable transit damage must be noted immediately with the delivery carrier and reported to our customer service team within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our return policy. The statutory warranty provisions under Austrian law apply (Sections 922 et seq. ABGB). Nutrisendas Handels GmbH is liable for material defects in mechanical breathing trainers within the statutory period of two years from the handover of the goods.
- Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
- Breathing trainers, mouthpieces, and accessories with a hygiene seal if the seal was removed or broken after delivery (pursuant to Section 18 (1) No. 5 FAGG).
- Goods that, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Consumables or filter elements whose expiration date would be exceeded or that spoil quickly after opening.
- Digital training content, video guides, or audio guides on breathing techniques not supplied on a tangible medium, if the consumer expressly consented and acknowledged beforehand that their right of withdrawal is lost upon the start of performance.
Liability
Liability of Nutrisendas Handels GmbH for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of personal injury. For other material or financial damages, contractual liability is limited to typical foreseeable damage, up to a maximum of the total value of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits any obligations imposed on the seller by mandatory law.
Age and use
Orders require a minimum age of 18 years. Exercise equipment must be used strictly in accordance with the product manual and is in no way a substitute for a specialist medical examination or diagnosis.
Governing law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Austria apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction and legal provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) at their place of residence in Austria apply. If a dispute cannot be settled out of court, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the provider, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence dictate otherwise.
