what materials is the mouthpiece made of
The mouthpiece is made of platinum-cured silicone that is completely free of plasticizers and latex. The housing consists of transparent polycarbonate, while the internal spring is made of corrosion-resistant V2A stainless steel.
how to clean the device properly
You can disassemble the breathing trainer into three individual parts with a simple twist lock. Rinse all components under running warm water after training and allow the parts to air dry completely.
what payment methods are available in the shop
We offer payment via advance bank transfer to our Austrian business account or cash on delivery upon package delivery. We deliberately do not offer card payments or installment purchases.
when will my order be shipped
Orders placed on business days before 11:30 AM are packed on the same working day at our warehouse in Wels. After hand-off to the shipping carrier, you will receive a tracking number.
how does a return work
You can return unused items in their sealed original packaging within 30 days of receipt to our address in Wels. After inspecting their condition, we will refund the invoice amount via bank transfer.
